Who we are
TakeSlot is a marketplace for last-minute places at studios and spas in Warsaw. Questions about your data: hello@takeslot.app.
What we collect
Your phone number, and — if you give them — your name, email address, the districts you picked, what you are interested in and when you prefer to go. If you set a password we store it hashed, never in plain text. We also record when and from which IP address you agreed to be contacted.
Why we collect it
To tell you when TakeSlot opens and to show you places near you that match what you picked. Your phone number is the account itself, so we cannot run the service without it.
Who else sees it
Our email provider (Resend) to deliver messages, and our hosting provider (Railway) to run the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with studios until you actually book something.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. If TakeSlot does not launch, we delete everything within 90 days of telling you so.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — write to hello@takeslot.app and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
